Arts & Climate Symposium

Thursday 8 September, 2pm - 5pm

Part of the Leeds Opera Festival

Join us for an afternoon of inspiration and practical action as we talk to artists and companies who are responding to the climate crisis.

This event is designed to support us all to make more consideration of environmental factors in creating new work, and in turn support implementation of Arts Council England Investment Principles.

Artistic responses to the climate crisis

We’ll be meeting artists who have created powerful artistic responses to the climate crisis, hearing about the ways they’ve reflected this in their work, and used this work to affect action in audiences.
